GUIDED PRACTICE
 
Find a Quiet Spot
It could be your favorite chair, a sunny spot by the window, or even your desk. Just a place where you can have a minute or two undisturbed.

Take a Deep Breath
Seriously, just breathe. Inhale deeply, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly. Feel the tension start to melt away with each breath.

Give Yourself a Pat on the Back
Think of one thing you've accomplished this week, no matter how small. Acknowledge it, and give yourself some credit!
This simple pause doesn't need to be long—a few minutes can make a big difference. It's about giving yourself a moment to reset and breathe, reminding you that you're doing just fine.
