As I lather up with my favorite honey and turmeric soap, I utter words of affirmation. "I put on joy, prosperity, love, charity, peace..." These words become my armor, my shield against negativity. And when the water embraces me, it's as if the universe itself is granting me these affirmations.

Once I'm dressed and ready to face the world, I head down the stairs to greet my thriving family of over 70 plants. Their vibrant presence reminds me of the beauty and resilience of life. Lighting incense is my way of inviting calm and stillness into my space. The fragrance that fills the air transports me to a place of inner peace.

Before diving into the bustling world outside, I take a moment to brew a cup of tea, and, I sit down with my journal. It's a sacred dialogue with myself and The Most High, a canvas where I paint my thoughts, dreams, and intentions.

My mind becomes a canvas of imagination, even though I lack the energy to bring these ideas to life.

It's when the cycle finally releases its grip on me that I go into a frenzy of creation. I bring to life all those ideas that had been brewing in the shadows of my mind. It's like a burst of energy, akin to taking a shot of Vitamin B. The act of creating becomes therapeutic, a lifeline in the midst of my emotional turbulence.

But you see, I've also found a sanctuary, Artistic Fusion a place I can escape to occasionally. There's an art studio not too far from where I am, and it's become my haven. There, I can channel and release the pent-up negative energy that depression brings. The act of creating art becomes a catharsis, a way to untangle the web of emotions that can be overwhelming.

And you know what's beautiful? This outlet has had a profound impact on my journey through depression. It's not that the cycles have disappeared, but they've become more manageable, less formidable. It's as though I've found a bridge to navigate the turbulent waters.
