Unopened & Sealed Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products, digital products, or gift sets that have been unwrapped.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
