Eligibility for Refund

Due to federal laws governing natural health and sanitation, certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us here within 3 business days. In such cases, we will facilitate an exchange. To ensure compliance with health and agriculture regulations, all items for exchange must be returned in their original condition. Rooted Vines L.L.C will not accept products that are not in their original condition. Items must be returned unopened and unused. For the return to be processed, please email us the tracking number.

Shipping Costs

If Rooted Vines L.L.C is at fault, we will cover the shipping cost for returns. However, if an item is returned without a provided tracking number and goes missing in transit, we cannot be held responsible.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing all eligible returns.

Resolution for Damaged or Lost Items

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly. If you receive a damaged or lost item, contact us here with a picture of the damaged item or the order number for tracking verification. Upon receipt, refunds will be processed the same day, and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days.
