OUR REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including our refund policy. While some products can be refunded, others cannot due to their nature. Please review our refund policy for details on which products are eligible for refunds and how to initiate the process.

Due to federal laws regarding natural health and sanitation, some items will not be refunded or exchanged. If your product is defective or incorrect please contact RootedVines7@outlook.com within 3 business days. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will allow an exchange.  To comply with health and agriculture all items being exchanged must be returned in its original condition. Rooted Vines L.L.C will not accept any products not in its original condition. Items must be returned unopened and unused. A tracking number must be emailed to us for your return to be processed. 

If Rooted Vines L.L.C is at fault we will cover the shipping cost. If an item is returned without a tracking number being emailed to RootedVines7@outlook.com and it goes missing in transit, we will not be held responsible.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing all eligible returns. 

We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost item.  In these cases, please email RootedVines7@Outlook.com with a picture of the damaged item or order number for tracking verification.  Upon receipt, refunds will be processed the same day and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt.
