Tea & Herbal Products Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our teas and herbal blends, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, we want you to love every sip. If you are unsatisfied with your tea purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products only. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@myrootedvines.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right promptly.
Accessories & Teaware We accept returns on teaware, infusers, teapots, mugs, and other non-consumable accessories within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
