If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.
