Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

Within 24 hours of Purchase: Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 hours and Before Shipment: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may, however, return the product according to our return policy.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations for monthly subscriptions must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

How to Cancel

Email: Send a cancellation request to support@rootedvines.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Chatbox :  (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) and provide your order details for assistance.
